Garden City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level lending/not-for-profit associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have extensive experience representing institutional and non-institutional lenders in sophisticated loan transactions, including equipment & transportation, real estate lending, ABL, syndications, Mezz loans, and unsecured credit facilities secured by Real Estate. Experience structuring and negotiating business combinations and transactions, including familiarity with not-for-profit corporate matters and transactions is a plus. Experience preparing due diligence checklists and reviewing due diligence items, including entity formalism and governance documents are required. Experience with SBA lending is a plus.
