Contract Administrator The candidate will be responsible for the project to migrate the contract management database (from an existing application to a new application) under the supervision and guidance of the manager. Review existing paper contracts and facilitate the document lifecycle process in accordance to the company records management policy. Explore new features and reporting capabilities in the existing electronic signature application and provide recommendation on use-cases to improve efficiency in the current contract signing work process. Create documentation and provide training to other team members (as required) on contract and record keeping procedures. Tagging legal document/electronic files for important notice timelines in contract management database.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have graduated from an ABA accredited school of paralegal studies. Must have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. Specialization in administrative paralegal duties. Prior work experience at a telecommunications or technology company. Prior experience setting-up or migrating a contract management database. 1+ years of Law School. Experience working with contract management databases and electronic signature applications required. High proficiency with business applications i.e. spreadsheets, word processing, document editing. Excellent oral, written, and communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Strong adherence to confidentiality requirements, exhibit high level of integrity.
