ProfileLegal Assistant The candidate will be managing trial and docket calendars, assisting with the drafting and editing of pleadings and documents, preparing correspondence and financial statements, preparation of title search and real estate closing documents, billing and client relations. Experience with TARA, Timeslips and TurboLaw software is a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office (preferably Office 365) and able to troubleshoot technological difficulties. College degree (AA, AS, BS or BA) is preferred. Must have excellent grammar and communication skills, be effective in time management and exhibit superior attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work well independently as well as part of a team. Should have 2-3 years’ experience to provide administrative support to Real Estate, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation attorneys.
