Washington DC office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking a mid-level finance attorney with experience with prudential regulation of banks, including some combination of experience with the Bank Holding Company Act, National Bank Act, Federal Deposit Insurance Act, Federal Reserve Act, and other federal banking statutes. Candidate should have prior experience at a large law firm, the Federal Reserve Board, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, or Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Any prior experience with capital and liquidity requirements for banks and bank holding companies, resolution and recovery planning, anti-money laundering, bank activities and structures, Volcker rule, enhanced prudential standards, or foreign bank regulation is preferred.
