The candidate's duties include: All aspects of document review, including quality control and privilege review. Drafting Privilege Logs. Work with firm/client litigation support staff and e-discovery vendors. Use of Relativity and other document review platforms. Performing legal research; Fact Analysis; Interviewing witnesses; DC bar required. Should have experience managing e-discovery projects preferred. Must have strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and interpersonal skills, be well-organized (responsible for handling a large volume of cases) and have good negotiation skills.
