Requirements:

  • Experience providing counsel to healthcare providers, specialty practices, and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory bodies such as HHS, CMS, and relevant state agencies.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Certifications:
