  • Provide legal counsel on strategic commercial agreements within the life sciences and other industries.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare legal documentation related to transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting technology and IP transactions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in technology and IP transactional law, significantly focusing on life sciences transactions.
  • Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating life sciences and technology-related agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Outstanding academic credentials and qualifications related to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the state of Illinois.
