Paralegal / Legal Support Supervisor The candidate will oversee the firm's paralegals and other legal support. Will develop and manage development plans to support a more structured Case Assistant program. Review, develop and administer training and development curriculum, including managing third-party programs and licenses for paralegals and legal support. Update and maintain paralegal program documents, training materials and other resources including the Portal page content. Generate, analyze, and summarize various management reports including overtime reports, time entry compliance tracking, productivity reports, etc. Plan and coordinate the delegation and tracking of work assignments. Monitor overall utilization of paralegals and other legal support. Assist with the annual evaluation and compensation cycles (including scheduling of annual meetings with employees post evaluation, compensation cycles on promotions, policy compliance, etc.). Requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field and 1+ year of experience as a supervisor to professional services staff in a law firm, professional services or corporate environment. Law Firm experience is preferred. Should have PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other firm provided software. Knowledge of budgeting process is needed.
