ProfileCorporate Counsel - Labor And Employment, Contracts The candidate will be a key legal advisor, providing and managing the labor and employment law support for LNA’s businesses. Labor and Employment related legal work, including: HR policy oversight; complaints/claims management; M&A support; negotiation of 3PL and other labor related contracts (union experience a plus). Assist with general corporate compliance work and department administration activities (Web site content management/maintenance a plus). Develop, update and educate clients. Must have BA/BS undergraduate degree from a reputable 4-year university or college. Should have JD degree from a reputable, accredited law school. Must be Member in good standing of at least one bar organization. Should have 7- 10 years of experience with labor and employment law at top law firm(s) and/or in-house legal department(s). Experience negotiating non-labor related commercial transactions (e.g., sales, supply, licensing) a strong plus. Experience working effectively in a corporate environment preferred.
