Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Duties:
- Prepare and file petitions and applications for various immigration cases.
- Handle responses to Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals.
- Review and ensure quality control of work performed by non-attorney staff.
- Maintain and update case statuses in case management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active and good-standing membership with the New York State Bar.
- At least 5 years of experience specializing in business immigration.
- Proficiency in handling 100+ case files simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-approved institution.
Certifications:
- Active membership in the New York State Bar.
Skills:
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities, particularly in drafting declarations, motions, and briefs.
- Proficient communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Familiarity with immigration case management systems such as INSZOOM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
