"A Good Place With Some Conflict"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Improve the staffing at locations and spread the work around with other attorneys. I think this would reduce some of the case load and make it easier for attorneys and paralegals to do their job.

Pros : I worked there for five years. I found that the firm was involved with the community and was well known. The location I originally worked with was great with great staff and senior associates. The case loads were good and there was a number of interesting cases while I was there. When I moved locations is when things changed.
Cons : I moved to a different location and it was night and day. It was understaffed and the paralegals were overworked. The management had no understanding of work-life balance and I suffered for it.
