San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior or mid-level patent associate attorney or agent with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will work with a focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, with the opportunity for involvement in post-grant proceedings, litigation, opinion, and due diligence matters. Must have at least a Bachelor's and preferably an advanced degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field. Experience in semiconductor/memory technologies is a plus. Admission to the California Bar and USPTO is required. Must be a member in good standing with the Bar in which admitted. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
