Timeshare Registration Manager, Projects And Resorts The candidate regularly interacts with other business units, regulatory agencies and outside legal counsel. Under supervision of supervisor prepares, and files documents necessary to ensure all required regulatory compliance is achieved and maintained within the areas of responsibility. This position plays a vital role in achieving the department goals and objectives. Oversee and manage project and other information required to achieve regulatory compliance in support of the sale of new products. Monitors the project information and deadlines for meeting objectives and targets. Develops, organizes, assimilates and distributes project data to facilitate timely and accurate regulatory compliance. Manage, train and develop paralegal personnel in regulatory requirements and their applicability to company business activities. Manage workload to ensure compliance is accurate and timely. Overseeing continued compliance for area of responsibility through application of company, site and legislative changes and other regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business partners to determine compliance needs for business operations. Interacts with regulatory agencies and outside counsel to ensure accurate compliance. Conducts research related to regulatory requirements, gathers and analyzes complex documents and information, and applies to business operations to ensure regulatory compliance is achieved and maintained.

Qualification and Experience

An Associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies preferred. Should have Paralegal Degree or Certificate or Legal Assistant certificate (legal experience may substitute). Experience in timeshare related compliance (2-4 years) preferred. 2 – 4 years experience in regulatory compliance particularly in area of real estate or timeshare is highly desired. 2+ years of people leadership experience is needed. 1 year Project Management experience preferred Extensive knowledge of company’s products preferred. Should have comprehension of and ability to properly apply legal and regulatory requirements so as to achieve compliance. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is needed. Proficiency in legal research, Internet and other sources is required.
