Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Duties: Handles cases involving removal defense, family-based immigration, and other general immigration matters. Will be expected to assist attorneys in preparing and submitting documents to the Immigration Courts, USCIS, and NVC. Will work closely with the attorneys and assist with all aspects of our immigration litigation, including: drafting motions, letters, and correspondence; communicating with clients and the courts; and gathering evidence to support the various applications.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/ Paralegal certificate. 3+ years’ experience (Immigration litigation/Immigration Court). FLUENT in Spanish and English. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Excellent verbal and written skills (grammar, spelling, etc.). Must have experience handling large case load and ability to meet tight deadlines. Reliability, punctuality, and a team player.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm; Fridays, 9am to 5pm. On occasion, if an urgent project arises, the paralegal must be able to stay late.
