Paralegal Duties: Completes workflow and ensures tasks are timely completed. Reviews reports as assigned to accurately capture all files within their particular stage. Inputs current and accurate client status updates daily, both internally and externally in client tracking systems. Identifies issues and escalates files to Litigation Attorney or Director of Litigation. Assists attorney(s) to manage workflow as expeditiously as possible within assigned stage. Prepares case notes and Court documents prior to attorney appearances. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma. Paralegal Certification or Equivalent Experience. Must be detail oriented. Must be proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of the processes and procedures within their purview. Experience with collection and foreclosure management systems, including Black Knight (LPS).
