Paralegal, Intellectual Property The candidate will be responsible to assist, under the direct supervision of lawyers, in the preparation, filing, prosecution, due diligence and enforcement of patents, copyrights and trademarks in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), U.S. Copyright Office, and Patent and Trademark Offices in various countries. Will operate as a part of a team of lawyers and support staff to provide a high level of service to our clients.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate with Bachelorâ€™s degree or paralegal certificate required. Must have 5+ years' IP experience with a strong background in foreign prosecution and managing a patent prosecution docket, including managing complex U.S. IDS practices and non-U.S. prior art disclosures in a law firm environment. Must work well under pressure, have a professional demeanor and good judgment, and the ability to be a self-starter.
