Senior Client Relationship Manager The candidate will set the Account Management strategy and processes for the US based Global ‘Focus’ key accounts. Manage up to 8 Global Focus Clients. Run account meetings and plans for Focus Clients. Complete pitches and panel tenders as required. Actively set up and attend client relationship meetings including new BD meetings with key client contacts. Deliver training on client relationship and sales techniques. Assist in the creation and delivery for the Board of the client relationship strategy. Lead as one of the core team members of the senior marketing and business development team in US offices. Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, compliance with panel terms, reporting). Develop use/roll-out of new technology to assist client relationship development, e.g. implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator licenses. Manage one Senior Coordinator to support your role. Should have ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with other staff, lawyers, management and clients through written correspondence, surveys, memos, etc. Should have ability to deal professionally with internal and external clients on all levels. Should have ability to adapt to changing work priorities, work flow and work assignments.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Should have 5+ years' CRM experience, preferably in a professional services environment. Should have Strategy and/or consultancy experience creating/developing sales/CRM processes.
