Paralegal & Records Management Assistant The candidate will assist the Superfund Division with records management functions by maintaining, organizing and processing Superfund site records. Provide research and database maintenance support for Superfund site management and file reviews. Assist with identifying, organizing, and cataloging records for delisting sites from the Superfund National Priority List. Prepare (e.g., redact, format, convert documents) and upload records into the Superfund records management system. Assist with organizing site records and digital record collections in the Superfund records management system. Work with site project managers to understand and assist with site record keeping needs and resolve site record issues. Serve as a liaison between records management staff and project managers on site specific record keeping questions. Research and investigate site record questions utilizing the Superfund records management system. Training on using SEMS (Superfund Enterprise Management System) is needed. Should have BA/BS Degree OR 5 year(s) of experience in records management and research. Experience required with MS Word, Excel, Copying Machine, Scanner. Database: proficiency in database navigation and report generation.
