ProfileInsurance Defense/Litigation Associate Duties: Collaborate with us on research and writing. Work directly with our Partners on assigned matters, but may be asked to contribute in one or more of our principal practice areas. Work with experienced HOA attorneys. Finding primary sources of law, searching for secondary authority and searching non-legal sources for investigative or supporting information. Using technical writing skills to express legal analysis, legal rights, and duties. Communication with Partners and supporting law firm staff. Work with attorneys to prepare and write briefs, depositions, and arguments.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: JD Degree from an accredited law school. 1-2 years of Insurance Defense/Litigation, HOA experience is a plus. Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
