Private Wealth Associate The candidate will work with attorneys across various offices in the firm's Financial Services & Capital Markets Strategic Industry Group. Must have up to 5 years of experience. Should preferably have experience in sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals, including designing and drafting estate planning documents, trust and estate administration, planning strategies to minimize gift and estate tax liability, and charitable planning. Prior law firm experience is strongly desired. Must have an excellent academic record, strong interpersonal skills, work well with a team and possess superior judgment. The ability to effectively handle and manage multiple projects is critical. Must be effective at articulating complex legal strategies and courses of action. Managing client relationships and internal teams are key elements of this role. Dynamic and entrepreneurial with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool. Should have an active Bar license in the State corresponding with the office.
