Intellectual Property Attorney The candidate will be patentability analyses; drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications; licensing and transactional work; advising and counseling clients on various matters involving copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets; and working with other attorneys on litigation and transactional matters involving intellectual property. Must be registered with the federal Patent Bar and have 2+ years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Experience with copyrights and trademark registration and prosecution is a plus.
