People Risk and Compliance Consultant
The candidate will partner with global People team colleagues, HR managers, and People Risk and Compliance Consultants to promote the continuous improvement and sustainability of employee-facing programs, policies, and procedures. Will use knowledge of applicable international labor and employment law to advise on and influence programmatic change as it relates to company's employment-related policies and practices around the world. Enhance compliance framework and ensure delivery consistency and enablement of global HR organization. Engage with partners in centers of excellence and regional teams on best practices regarding compliance to internal procedures and practices as well as external rules. Support ongoing modifications to policies, guidelines, and processes in light of legal and regulatory changes. Provide advice and counsel on global employment law issues. Provide project coordination and guidance to HR partners to proactively address changes in compliance requirements with global employment laws.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. A J.D. degree with a focus on employment law or experience in this area is a plus. Must have 8+ years of employee relations or compliance experience gained in either an HR business partner (HRBP) role, employee relations advisory role, HR compliance role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law. Experience dealing with global employment law principles, global wage and hour obligations, data privacy, and internal employment policies, procedures, and guidelines is required. Should have ability to establish cross-functional relationships at all levels and across global regions. Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage global projects are essential.
