ProfileSenior Conflicts Analyst (Laterals) The candidate will join the lateral Business Intake and Conflicts team. Will process, analyze and determine existing or potential conflicts for all attorney lateral hires, paralegals and all other staff. Paralegal certificate or completion of an ethics course in a paralegal program and/or prior experience as a paralegal in a law firm preferred. J.D. degree is strongly preferred. Must have 5+ years of experience in a legal environment. Should have knowledge of ABA's Model Rules of Professional Conduct and California State Bar Association's Rules of Professional Conduct. Should also have advanced knowledge of conflicts and an overall understanding of a corporate law practice. Experience with complete conflicts resolution preferred. Flexibility to work overtime is required.
