ProfileBusiness Law Paralegal Duties: Provide support to attorneys with corporate matters, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate compliance. Responsibilities include preparation of entity formation packages, assembly and maintenance of electronic corporate records, preparation of stock ledgers and related documents, management and organization of transaction documents and client data rooms, compilation of transaction closing binders, searches across public records, preparation of Securities and Exchange Commission filings, due diligence in support of transactions, audit responses, and related duties.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification. Experience with healthcare-related investigations, transactions and governance matters would be a plus. Demonstrated organizational and analytical abilities; knowledge of corporate law and business regulations; strong communication skills, advanced writing ability to convey clear, concise information; high level of motivation; ability to work independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team. Must have advanced computer software skills, a strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate follow-through in completing projects and meeting tight deadlines.

There is a need for training of management staff to be more organized with the work and implement a much more organized working structure. More employees should be hired so that some of the staff does not have to stay in later to work.Pros : The law firm offers a shuttle service.
