Senior Contract Manager The candidate will drafts, reviews and negotiates various agreements related to the operation of firm’s commercial real estate brokerage and related businesses, including commission agreements, agency agreements, engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and other transactional documents in a high-volume, fast paced environment. Communicates directly with firm's attorneys, firm and outside brokers, firm management, opposing counsel, etc. Makes recommendations to firm attorneys as to whether documents are ready for execution. Assists in training firm's Brokers on internal policies and legal service delivery initiatives. Relies on solid experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs occasional legal research and prepares memoranda. Tracking and administration of signed agreements. Performs ad hoc related assignments as requested by supervising attorneys.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate/equivalent experience required. Minimum of three(3) years’ contract negotiation and/or previous paralegal or legal assistance experience. Commercial real estate experience in a mid-large law firm or in-house legal department, specializing in commercial real estate is required. Strong oral and written skills are required. Strong organizational and analytical skills are required. Proficiency in MS Windows (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Must be an independent problem-solver that can execute multiple-tasks simultaneously and remain poised under pressure. Good judgment and customer-service friendly. Strong work ethic.
