Assistant Paralegal/ Legal Writer (Temp to Perm) Responsibilities: Draft detailed persuasive documents, including letters and petitions for filing with USCIS. Preparing government forms. Issue spotting and document review. Gather and edit information on behalf of client. Perform intake of cases, once assigned. Communication with clients and foreign nationals. File documents in proper order. Maintain records in case management system. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required (writing intensive majors preferred). Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail. Must possess strong organizational skills. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments.
