Assistant Immigration Paralegal I The candidate will analyze case documents and preparing immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Will learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Maintain strong attention to detail. Achieve a high level of productivity with great accuracy. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor. Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team. Contribute to a positive work environment. Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits. File documents internally and with government agencies. Maintain case management system and client contact information. Interface with corporate representatives and foreign nationals. Work closely in a team environment. Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Bachelor’s degree is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skill is needed.

Keep your head above water and you will be able to do well here. The law firm does their best to make sure you will succeed.

Pros : I've been working with Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen and Loewy, LLP for over 2 years now. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. They treat me like family.
Cons : There is a lot of cases and work to be done every single day. The workload is tough but it is still manageable.
