Corporate Legal Secretary/Paralegal The candidate will report to the President and CEO. Will prepare and maintain corporate records. Ensure compliance with corporate governance procedures. Must be experienced in preparing any range of contracts/agreements. Receive, review, docket and report litigation matters. The position will also serve as liaison with outside general counsel in respect to the corporation's legal affairs. Must have superior written and oral communication. Excellent research skills and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. 3-5 years of experience in a related position is essential. Paralegal certification preferred.
