Conflicts Specialist The candidate will provide administrative and customer service support to firm attorneys. Will work on Database search for potential conflicts of interest between existing and potential new clients and associated parties and subsidiaries. Coordinate approvals and/or waivers as necessary. Process new client matter intake information used for file opening, billing and origination credits. General administrative duties within department such as answering phones, photocopying, scanning, preparing reports. Knowledge of ABA Conflict Rules is essential. Must have proficiency in rules of English grammar, spelling and punctuation. Knowledge of law office processes and procedures is essential. Must have prior experience with Aderant or similar legal specific conflicts software and iManage Filesite or similar document management software. Must have 1+ year prior experience working a law firm accounting, conflicts or records department or in a paralegal position in a law firm
