Little Rock office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks foreclosure attorney with experience. The candidate involves duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Supervising Attorney of that respective state. Provides own knowledge and experience in the oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters. Is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm?s files. Acts as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. All files will be managed in accordance with applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) and firm-established timelines, rules, goals, and objectives. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained. Should be familiar with and work within the firm?s case management system to create, manage and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Excellent organizational, communication and listening skills are essential.
