Law Firm Seeking Experienced Workers Compensation Attorney in Indiana
Join Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, in our mission to protect the rights of American consumers. We are currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join our growing team in Indiana. This position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a heavy and complex case-load from pre-litigation to trial
- Drafting and filing of litigation documents
- Client interaction and guidance throughout the case process
- Collaboration with expert witnesses and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Minimum 2 years of workers compensation experience
- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
