Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate must have 5+ years of litigation experience to provide administrative support for litigation department. Should be able to work well under pressure, effectively manage multiple tasks; work independently and as part of a team. Must have proficient typing skills, MS Office, and knowledge of various court rules and litigation rules and procedures. Duties include: drafting correspondence, formating and proofreading, preparing declarations, transmittals and other supporting documents; preparing exhibits, upkeeping files (including electronic), attorney schedules and deadlines in Outlook; and answering multiple phone lines. Attendance, punctuality and timeliness are essential.
