Duties

- Conduct legal research and provide informed guidance to clients, offering advice on legal and factual matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and share insights on case progress.
- Supervise and mentor pre-litigation case managers and support staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Review and analyze legal documents, summarizing findings to support case strategy.
Requirements
- Active membership in the Arizona State Bar in good standing.
- 3 to 9 years of experience in personal injury law or related practice areas.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing settlements.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional client interactions.
- Proficiency with legal software tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member of the Arizona State Bar, with no history of State Bar discipline.
