Family law paralegal
The candidate's duties include: Meet with clients to review and obtain documents. Ability to use various e-discovery tools; Review and analyze discovery responses and/or large amounts of data; Prepare meet and confer letters. Should have 3 years of experience. Paralegal certificate required. General family law experience required. Litigation experience also preferred. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. A firm understanding of family law procedures required. Prior family law experience preferred.
