Data Governance Professional Responsibilities: Oversee communication with clients, law and tax firms, to ensure that client demographics are supported by valid documentation; Define and enforce policies and procedures for various processes, such as legal entity formations and dissolutions; Confirm report accuracy for various regulatory filings, including Form 10-K/Q and 1065; Evaluate legal entity annual renewals and coordinate payment to registered agents; Respond to frequent queries for information, including regarding information for a new deal and document / officer list requests; Review missing data points that are required for new initiatives, acquire the data,and facilitate its entry into company’s databases; Identify automation opportunities and write requirements documents; Present new processes and technology to internal and external clients.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 2 – 3 years of corporate paralegal experienced preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
