The Senior Litigation Attorney is responsible for generating revenue. Will utilize team resources to develop cases. Will use state of the art case management software to manage progress of caseload. Essential Functions Generate revenue Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards Monthly status letters Ensure ethical and legal obligations of self and subordinates Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered Handles own caseload as assigned in high volume practice Taking and defending depositions, discovery, preparation of witnesses, research, drafting of pleadings, motions, briefs, and attend hearings. First Chair trial responsibilities Second Chair responsibilities as assigned Manages work of a support staff as assigned Manage Advologix attorney dashboard Review all reports to stay up to date in real time on important issues related to the attorney’s docket and performance Expense review and approval Breakdowns completed on matters that have been resolved and depositing client funds Disbursement of client funds Obtain 5-star client reviews of attorney performance Ensure 100% compliance on grade cards Ensure ethical and legal obligations of all subordinates Maximizing case values and attorney fees recovered Additional projects, as assigned Competencies AGGRESSIVE with the ability to command judge/ juries.
