Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation litigation
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and legal research
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and adjusters
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Provide legal advice and strategy to clients throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with a partner and other team members to develop case strategies

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in litigation, particularly in workers' compensation defense preferred
• Previous experience as a Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, or Solicitor is a plus
• Outgoing personality with attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Georgia

Skills:

• Proficiency in workers' compensation law and litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
