Senior M&A Counsel The candidate will be working closely with firm’s Corporate Development, Tech Ventures and integration teams and other cross-functional groups (e.g., Finance, Tax, HR…), the attorney will actively manage M&A transactions from NDA through integration. Excellent business judgment, ability to think strategically and to give practical advice is needed. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills is needed. Excellent organizational and presentation skills are essential. JD degree from top tier law school and membership in state Bar in the US is needed. Should have 7+ years of relevant Corporate, M&A legal experience. Relevant experience at a top-tier law firm required; in house experience is a plus. Advanced experience leading multiple, highly complex, strategic, specialty law projects, issues, and transactions is needed. Advanced skills in negotiating or advising external and internal organizations on highly complex, high impact legal matters are needed. English language skills to business standard is required.
