Trust Officer I The candidate will be responsible for the professional administration of fiduciary accounts including compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures. Will be responsible for understanding the client’s situation and circumstances, including knowing the clients extended family and younger generation. Developing and delivering solutions to meet client needs. Successfully working with centers of influence and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partners. Must possess technical fiduciary knowledge in the areas of law, tax, fiduciary investing, regulation, compliance as well as estate planning. Strong communication and influence / partnership skills. Significant knowledge of the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of fiduciary administration is required. Should be able to fully understand and follow the teams of governing documents. Should have 2- 4 years of successful experience in trust administration, servicing and managing fiduciary relationships with high net worth clients (or equivalent). Technically proficient in fiduciary law, tax investments and administration is required. Bachelors Degree is required. Legal, Paralegal and/or JD degree is a plus
