Seeking Employment Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience. Candidate will assume an important role in litigation, employment counseling and traditional labor matters, including direct contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Will have multiple writing, publishing and speaking opportunities. Must have JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Top 25% of graduating law school class preferred. Federal clerkship is a plus.

"Excellent Pay"

I would like to see better management put into place so that the work load is better balanced throughout the weeks and the months. This way there is always work to be done without being overwhelmed.

Pros : The starting pay is excellent and the benefits (such as 401K) are top notch. I also found everyone to be very helpful and the work environment was very laid back.
Cons : The overall work load on a day to day basis had too much variance. On some days I would have to work well past my normal hours into the night. During other day's I was left with nothing to do.
