Post Sale Paralegal Duties: Creates Post Sale documents for execution. Creates Post Sale package(Combining various documents in Phoenix per client requirement) Uploads Post Sale Package to client specific system for execution Follows up on Deed execution process in various client systems Reviewing executed deeds received from the client for any errors.. Sending and Following up on deeds being sent to the county for recording. Working within the time frames the client sets as the standard.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Knowledge and understanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process. Work experience in Client Systems (BKFS, Equator, Vendorscape, Lenstar, ADR, TEMPO). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload. Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change. Must possess good organizational skills. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Must be very analytical, detailed, and needs to have excellent problem solving skills. Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary. Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills. Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Identifies and solves issues in a timely manner. Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary. Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task. Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance. Takes initiative in face of obstacles and identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Demonstrates commitment to Firm’s vision, mission, and core values. Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking. Develops professional relationships and builds rapport with others. Overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change.
