Litigation Attorney – Mid-Level Associate/Senior Associate
Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Conduct research, schedule and maintain case files, draft pleadings, and complete other ad-hoc requests to support case files as needed. Direct and coach supporting legal staff members. Taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions.

Qualifications: Massachusetts licensed. 4-7 years as a business/commercial Litigation Associate.Experience representing clients in state and federal court cases, arbitrations, and mediations. Must be well-spoken and comfortable presenting arguments in front of judges and juries. Experience drafting and arguing discovery and dispositive motions with little supervision. Knowledgeable and experienced in state and federal pleading practice. Knowledgeable regarding e-discovery.
