Paralegal The candidate under the direction of company’s Senior Attorney, Compliance, provide legal support for the Company’s compliance function. Provide support for various legal matters which include, among other things, corporate level internal investigations, anticorruption compliance, antitrust and competition law compliance, compliance training, and other legal matters as required, with a focus on assisting the Company in conducting due diligence on third parties doing business with company. Under the direction of the Senior Attorney, Compliance, manage the Company’s third-party due diligence program including, among other things, serving as a conduit between the business and the Company’s third-party due diligence provider, managing the Company’s automated due diligence system, reviewing and approving, as appropriate, third-party due diligence applications, and administering the Company’s annual certification program. Assist the Senior Attorney, Compliance in incorporating the third-party due diligence programs of acquired companies. Assist and support the Senior Attorney, Compliance, in conducting corporate level internal investigations. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures in various subject matter areas, including to, ethics and integrity, anticorruption law, and antitrust / competition law. Provide support for the Company’s corporate functions, as required. Assist with creation and/or revision of Company compliance policies. Track and monitor participating in compliance training. Effectively maintain records and files of legal department for matters handled or managed. Support other members of the Company’s Legal Department as required.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have completed Associate's Degree in a related curriculum and 5 years of related experience is required. Paralegal certificate preferred. Must have ability to identify and meet business needs. Should have excellent drafting skills with keen attention to detail. Must have excellent verbal/written communications skills –English; Additional regional language capabilities preferred. Should have strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and the like. Experience supporting investigations preferred.
