Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate transactional law.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and client service skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Bar License.
