Environmental Regulatory Associate – Product Stewardship-Focused Practice Duties: Primarily focus on product regulatory work, including environmental and extended producer responsibility regulatory and compliance matters in the United States and globally. Support for clients on a broad array of issues such as: market access; product development and premarket approval; responsible sourcing, supply chain, and transactional support; other ESG advice; chemical and materials restrictions; labeling, energy efficiency, marketing, and advertising; product safety; hazmat transport; reverse distribution; product stewardship and recycling, and waste.
Qualification and ExperienceQualifications: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Active Member in good standing of the Bar in at least one state jurisdiction. Exposure to these areas as well as work with regulatory agencies such as EPA, USDA, CPSC, DOT, FAA, DOE, FTC and similar state entities. Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills. Attention to detail, strong organization skills, ability to work well under deadlines, and ability to assume significant client responsibilities. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
