Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s Degree with a concentration in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience required; paralegal certificate preferred. 3+ years' administrative experience. Experience with UCC filings. Experience to bankruptcy matters a plus. Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule. Ability to work productively under minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong work ethic. Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometimes stressful conditions. Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Pacer, Ecourts, & LexisNexis. Ability to accurately create legal documents with templates provided, essentially filling in the blanks and manipulating documents to fit circumstances. Highly organized, precise, proactive, and capable of multitasking. Personable and capable of developing and maintaining effective working relationships with a broad constituency.
