Paralegal- Labor & Employment The candidate will provide support to attorneys. Will be interviewing witnesses. Managing both small and complex document and discovery cases. Drafting documents. Case management. Should have a High School degree. Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience required. Labor and Employment experience is preferred. Strong technology skills, including litigation management software. Knowledge of state and federal court rules and practice and state and federal administrative agencies. Superb organizational and administrative skills; excellent attention to detail. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in litigation management software such as Relativity, CaseMap, TextMap. Proficient in the management of eDiscovery. Ability to perform successfully under pressure and tight deadlines. Must be available to travel on occasion.
