Associate: International Arbitration Duties: Draft briefs, memoranda, correspondence, examination outlines, and other documents for international matters. Develop arbitration strategy for matters throughout the globe—including investment and commercial arbitration matters and other disputes. Advise clients in investment and pre-dispute matters. Conduct legal research. Participate in and conduct witness interviews, client meetings, and negotiations. Analyze evidence to develop facts and strategies. Communicate with clients (via telephone, e-mail, and in-person). Provide direct assistance to partners and senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of the day-to-day provision of legal services to leading clients.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in disputes, preferably in international commercial and investment arbitration. Oral and written proficiency in Spanish. Superior analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a team player.
