Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Class Action Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing class action lawsuits, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and effectively communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Assist in managing class action cases from inception through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for depositions and trials.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving any issues related to their cases.
• Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Discovery: Assist in all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and preparing for depositions.
• Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in class action litigation, preferably in employment law.
• Licensure: Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of class action procedures and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
