Seeking Mid-Level Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of real estate law experience. Candidate will have very strong document drafting and negotiating skills and real estate experience, including: reviewing title and survey and negotiating, drafting and revising purchase and sale agreements, easements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, loan modifications, construction and architect agreements, estoppel certificates, and resolutions for a wide-range of commercial real estate transactions.

Qualification and Experience

Candidate must hold a JD Degree from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the bar of the state in which is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Wisconsin Bar will be a condition of employment. Experience in low income housing and new markets tax credits is valued. Must be a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated lawyer, who has demonstrated an ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a busy, collegial environment, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Business Law Department. AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.

"Law Firm with Great Employees"

There is a need for training of management staff to be more organized with the work and implement a much more organized working structure. More employees should be hired so that some of the staff does not have to stay in later to work.

Pros : The law firm offers a shuttle service. The environment of the law firm is composed of considerate and employees who do well at the work they perform.
Cons : The law firm really needs to consider hiring more employees for the office. Some of the staff is sometimes asked to work until the later hours. Management lacks in being organized with work.
